Terms and Conditions


If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning please notify DSC Cleaning Services 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. This allows us to service another appointment. Less than 24-hour notice or if we are locked out of your home will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Respecting our policies for rescheduling or canceling helps us provide the best service possible. Please contact our office if you need to cancel or reschedule. Do not communicate this to our service team members.

Service Terms:

All of our appointment are service based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the type of cleaning package that is chosen by our client. Add on purchases will be done last and what additional time is left will be used towards the package selected. Any time past the end time is subject to additional fees.


Our services are very customized and personal to our clients, due to this we cannot offer refunds. Our client satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with our services call us within 24-hours of the appointment and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge. The client must complete a walk thru at the end of the appointment with our staff. Failure to do so will opt the client out of being eligible for a re-clean.


All payments are due immediately following your booking request. After you have requested your appointment online, you will be contacted to confirm your appointment via telephone. Any unpaid invoices will be subject to cancellation. 

Moving IN/OUT Cleaning Terms:

If the home/apartment is not furniture free additional fees will be added.  We advise if you need furniture moved please specifie at the time of making your appointment.

Completed Appointments:

Upon completion of your appointment please be available to do a walk through with the DSC staff to make sure the services completed are to your satisfaction. If there is an area you are not satisfied with please notify staff while doing your walk through so they can redo that area. If you are not present at the completion of the appointment you will opt out of having a re-clean done within 24-hours if not satisfied.
